The property is fully furnished and equipped with all household appliances and electronics, as well as air conditioning. The apartment is very bright and has south-facing windows. All utilities are supplied by the city, including hot water and heating. The rental fee is PLN 1,700 plus housing cooperative fees of approximately PLN 780 for two people. Electricity is also charged based on consumption. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Third-party liability insurance and occasional rental are required.
