This plot is a sand and gravel deposit. The property owner holds a mining license valid until 2052 and an approved mining operation plan. The deposit's geological resources amount to 1,238,065 tons, with industrial reserves totaling 1,117,311 tons, as determined by the geological license and the mining operation plan, approved by the Marshal of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and the District Mining Office in Warsaw. Mining has commenced at the deposit, with 400 tons extracted to date. The listed selling price of PLN 3,365,000 is gross.
